How do I stop breaking my trading rules?

Well a very easy way to get better at this is by having an accountability partner. This means that by the end of your trading day you have someone that you sit with or maybe even during the trading day if you are in the same place.

So you sit together and you discuss your best trades and your worst trades! And you go over why and how specifically what did you do well or not.. What will you continue? What were your observations?

This is why you journal so that you know which specific trades went well and which ones did not.. so that you can go over your data and get better and better and learn from eachother but the most important thing is that you tell eachother what happened specifically when I broke my trading rules and how will I improve?

So that this other partner can tell like either you're doing well, you're improving or your getting stuck and something is wrong and we have to check for a different manner for you to get to your goal together and you learn more so find someone in a community that you can learn or... in another place where you’re currently studying.
