POE 3.17 Crafting Guide: +2 Chaos Spell Amulets Post Influence Change (Deterministic)- Path of Exile

Some months back I made a guide to making these amulets; things have changed with 3.17 and the old method no longer works.

DO NOT use a Hunter or Elder amulet (in the past, you HAD to use a Hunter amulet)

Also, please RECHECK THIS INFORMATION once the patch is live.
