🚙 Drive America's Highways for 54 miles north along Mississippi Highway 1 from Rosedale to Lula 🛣️

The section of Mississippi Highway 1 from Rosedale to Lula, starts at the intersection with Mississippi Highway 8 (MS-8) in Rosedale and travels northeast through rural Mississippi Delta farmland for approximately 54 miles (87 kilometers) before ending at the junction with U.S. Route 49 (US-49) near Lula.

The majority of the route is a two-lane highway, passing through small towns like Wright, Waxhaw, Gunnison, and Francis. Near Perthshire, it intersects with Mississippi Highway 32 (MS-32). North of Deeson, MS-1 intersects with Mississippi Highway 444 (MS-444) close to Round Lake. Further north, it intersects with MS-322 near Sherard.

It's noteworthy that this section of MS-1 is designated as part of the Great River Road, a scenic route that follows the Mississippi River for much of its length. This designation signifies the route's historical and cultural significance, offering travelers a glimpse into the natural beauty and heritage of the Mississippi Delta region.
