FORD EXPLORER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER NOT WORKING

So, I had a 2016 Ford Explorer brought into my shop. The vehicle came from a local car dealership that I do diagnostic and troubleshooting work for. They had recently replaced the a/c evaporator core. The job required the removal of the entire dashboard. After they reassembled the vehicle, they noticed that the vehicle would start, run and drive just fine. But the instrument panel would not illuminate. They also noticed that none of the steering wheel controls and buttons worked. Anyways, after a brief struggle, they sent the vehicle to me to have it troubleshooted. In this video I share with you how I found the simple solution to the problem. I hope this video helps anyone that may be dealing with the same problem.
