TSCC Points Autocross #4 - 2015 Ford Fiesta ST @ Winston-Salem 16 June 2024

Onboard from the #58 Ford Fiesta ST running in the H Street class at Triad Sports Car Club's Points Autocross #4 @ Winston-Salem. This video has me driving solo for most of my runs, with Jon Slade riding along for the first. The speedometer reads a little bit high, as my tires are a slightly smaller diameter than stock.

The 2024 TSCC Autocross season continued this June in Winston-Salem with a single Sunday event. There were 3 drivers in H Street this time around (plus 2 pros and 2 novices) and I placed P2, about a third of a second off the winner. My 45.497 was good enough for P78 raw and P37 PAX out of a whopping 138 entries. I still felt confident in these runs (at least the latter two), and while I technically only lost by a little bit, Em's scratch times were much much faster. I've driven their car at a separate event (it's very fast) and honestly I'm not sure where I can make up that much time in my car as it currently stands. Tried going with a lower pressure in the front tires this time, but it didn't seem to help all that much.

Maxxis Victra VR-1 200tw tires all around, 215/40/R16 all around, 36 psi front/42+ psi rear (fronts bled between runs, rears started at 42 and left alone)
