Toshiba eStudio 857 Fuser Heat/Pressure Roller Replacement

This video covers the replacement of the heat and pressure roller in the fusing unit. The fusers for the models listed above are the same in construction although some components are different, however they all use the same PM kit except the eStudio 557 which uses a different kit because the pressure roller is much smaller.

PM Kits:
6LH72649000 FR-KIT-8550
Full kit with everything required for rebuild.

6LH73760000 FR-KIT-8560
Does not have a pressure roller due to the pressure roller being rated for a higher number of pages. If your pressure roller is not physically damaged this kit is for you.

eStudio 557 only:
6LH72780000 FR-KIT-5570
Full kit with everything required for rebuild.
Remember: the 557 is the only model that uses a different PM kit, do not get them confused.
