If the leaves are turning yellow -
First of all check the soil moisture, If the soil is wet, You may be watering too much.
The most common cause of yellowing leaves in houseplants is improper soil moisture. especially overwatering. In the active growing season spring and summer water only when top 30% of the soil feels dry from the top. In winter let about 50% of the soil to dry out. Its easy to recover from underwatering but if overwatered a plant and once it gets root rot then it will be very hard to save, almost impossible. In that case you will have to take the cuttings from the reamaining healthy stems and propagate that.

But never let it dry out fully either. If a Monstera plant lacks sufficient water, its leaves will become light green. As the plant continues to dry out, the leaves will first turn yellow and eventually brown. If you find the soil is dry to depth or if you haven't watered your Monstera in more than a month, it is likely too dry.

If your plant is underwaterd try bottom watering or water thoughly untill it drains out from the bottom drainage holes.staurate the soil fully. Next time before watering use a chopstick to check the soil moisture and let 25-30% of the top dry out.

And Monstera adansonii leaves change color if there isn't enough nitrogen in the soil. Nitrogen helps Monstera plants make green chlorophyll for their leaves. Without enough nitrogen, the leaves become lighter green, the plant grows slower, and there are fewer leaves.

To help your plant, feed it liquid indoor plant food that has balanced nitrogen, phosphorus,
and potassium. This will give your plant a nitrogen boost and help it recover. And lack sunlight can also make Monstera leaves turn light green. If they don't get sufficient light, the plant grows leggy and weak, with lighter stems and leaves. Monsteras need at least 6 hours of indirect sunlight every day to be healthy. If you're growing them outside, find a spot shaded by trees or shrubs to protect them from the sun in the afternoon.
