ದಾಳಿ ತೋವೆ
ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಾಗ್ರಿಗಳು
1. ತೊಗರಿಬೇಳೆ -- 250gm
2. ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ -- 3
3. ಒಣ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ -- 2
4. ಸಾಸಿವೆ -- 1 ಚಮಚ
5. ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಗರಿ -- 2
6. ಅರಸಿನ ತುಂಡು -- ಅರ್ಧ ಇಂಚು
7. ಕರಿಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಳು -- ಅರ್ಧ ಚಮಚ
8. ಹಿಂಗು -- ಅರ್ಧ ಇಂಚಿನಷ್ಟು
(ಹಿಂಗಿನ ಪೌಡರ್ -- 1 ಚಮಚ)
9.ತೆಂಗಿನ ಎಣ್ಣೆ -- 8 ಚಮಚ
10.ಉಪ್ಪು -- 1.5 ಚಮಚ
(ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು)

Karkala Dalitoy
Ingredients
1. Lentils - 250 gm
2. Green chillies - 3
3. Dried red chillies - 2.
4. Mustard seeds - 1tbsp
5. Kari leaves - 20 / 22
6. Turmeric - half inch
7. Pepper - half tbsp
8. Hing - half inch
(Hing powder - 1 tbsp)
9. Coconut oil - 8 tbsp
10. Salt - 1.5 tbsp
(As per taste)
KARKALA DAALITOY*
This traditional daalitoy ( Daal) belongs to the GSB Community and is widely known as GSB Daalitoy. It consists of grinded pepper & turmeric along with the tadka of Chilli, Mustard & Curry Leaves, which can be eaten by the jain community as well. The aroma of Hing is what makes it different from the other daal recipes. This Daal is served in GSB Functions & Mainly in the temples of the Karnataka. Special thanks to Chef M Ganesh Prabhu Karkala, for sharing this traditional recipe with us.
