Homemade ranch 🍶
You will need:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk or heavy cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tbsp minced fresh chives
1 clove of garlic pressed or minced
1/2 tsp fine salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Chop your parsley, cilantro, dill, chives and garlic. Set aside.
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix sour cream, buttermilk, mayo and lemon juice. Whisk until combined.
3. Add the fresh herbs, salt & pepper to the cream mixture.
4. Stir and rest at least 10 minutes or overnight before using. (Tastes even better the next day)

*lasts up to 7 days refrigerated
*makes about 1 cup of ranch dressing
