Acharuli Khachapuri (Georgian Cheese Boat Bread) :
Servings: 2 large boats (or 4 smaller ones)
For the Dough:
▪️2 ½ -3 cups (~360g) all purpose flour, sifted
▪️2 tsp (7g) instant dry yeast
▪️1 tsp fine salt
▪️1 tsp sugar
▪️2 tbsp neutral oil
▪️1 cup (250ml) milk, room temperature
▪️1 large egg, beaten

For the Cheese Filling:
▪️1lb. (454g) shredded mozzarella cheese
▪️½ cup (50g) shredded Sulguni or Feta cheese
▪️¼ cup (60ml) water, room temperature
Topping:
2 egg yolks (for center)
1 tbsp butter per bread (to serve)
