FlexiVision 100 is the camera base unit for visual inspections. With its new camera technology, the smallest material defects such as cracks, cavities or burrs can be visualized in full HD image quality and thus in a very high degree of detail. The FlexiVision 100 offers its user great flexibility, since it can be used with different connecting devices. The setting up operation video shows what possibilities are available for setting up an inspection system and explains the user interface and how to connect the device.

When the FlexiScope 3 camera handpiece is attached, FlexiScope 2 and 3 probes can be used. The light FlexiScope 3 camera handpiece is especially suited for frequently changing inspection tasks and for the inspection of complex components with narrow access openings. With the quick coupling of the FlexiScope 3 camera handpiece, already famous from its previous model, the probes can be switched in seconds. Thanks to the compatibility of the probes, users of the FlexiScope 2 system can simply change to the successor model FlexiVision 100 with the FlexiScope 3 camera handpiece.

When the HD camera head is attached to the new camera base unit, common endoscopes and fiberscopes can be combined. So the FlexiVision 100, along with the HD camera head provides a valuable addition to existing endoscopic equipment. All endoscopes and fiberscopes with a standard DIN ocular can be connected to the FlexiVision 100 with the HD camera head. Visual inspections that were carried out with just an eye and an endoscope so far, can now be digitalized and the inspection results can be viewed in excellent quality.
