Vegan Russian Pancakes Recipe:
Ingredients:
350g flour
1 tablespoon sugar
600ml carbonated water
Pinch of salt
100g vegetable oil


1) Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
2) Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the vegetable oil and carbonated water.
3) Blend Thoroughly: Mix the ingredients well until you achieve a smooth batter.
4) Preheat Pan: Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.
5) Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the center of the pan and rotate it until the batter evenly covers the entire surface.
6) Flip Pancake: After waiting for 30 seconds to 1 minute, flip the pancake. It should have a golden-brown color.
7) Check Consistency: If needed, flip it again until you reach the desired consistency.
8) Adjust if Necessary: Taste a portion; if it's too dry or thick, adjust by adding more water to the batter.
9) Repeat: Continue this process until you've used up all the batter.
10) Serve and Enjoy: Indulge in your delicious Vegan Russian Pancakes, pairing them with your favorite jam.
