Tension and Migraine headaches are two types of headaches. While in tension headache, a person experiences pain in the upper head and areas around it. In migraine headaches, a person usually experiences pain in the entire head, pain in the eye's, and nose blockage, etc. Some people might have complicated Migraine headaches.
