Filling:
Ingredients:
•1 pound cream cheese
•1 stick unsalted
butter
•1 cup powdered sugar
•6 tablespoons brown sugar
•1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions:
•Let the cream cheese and unsalted butter warm to room temperature.
•Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mix on high the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon for 3 minutes.
•Set aside until the cake dough has been rolled out.

Cake:
Ingredients:
•⅔ cup milk
•6 tablespoons sugar
•2 tablespoons yeast
•2 cups yogurt
•4 egg yolks
•½ stick unsalted
butter
•2 teaspoons vanilla
extract
•8 cups all purpose flour
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon nutmeg
•filling
•1 mini plastic baby

Directions:
•Melt the unsalted butter and let cool to room temperature.
•Warm the milk. It should be between room temperature and boiling.
•Whisk in the sugar and yeast and set aside for about 10 minutes for the yeast to bloom.
•Once the yeast has bloomed, in a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg yolks, melted butter and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
•Whisk in the bloomed yeast mixture and set the yogurt/yeast mixture aside.
•Using a stand mixer with the dough hook, mix on low 6 cups of all purpose flour, salt and nutmeg.
•While the mixer is running, slowly add in the yogurt/yeast mixture.
•Increase the mixer speed to medium until a dough begins to form.
•Once a dough begins to form, increase the mixer speed to high to knead the dough for 5 minutes.
•Spray a large bowl with cooking spray.
•Move the dough from the mixer to the large bowl.
•Set the dough aside in a warm area for 2 hours to rise.
•Place parchment paper in a large baking pan.
•Spread all purpose flour over a large, flat surface.
•Place the dough on the floured surface.
•Roll out the dough into a long rectangle. Knead in flour as necessary to make the dough less sticky.
•Once the dough is rolled out, spoon the filling onto the dough.
•Evenly spread the filling over the dough.
•Place the mini plastic baby somewhere on the rolled out dough.
•Rollup one of the long sides of the dough rectangle to its opposite side.
•Move the dough to the inner perimeter of the parchment lined baking pan to form a hollow rectangle or circle.
•Cover the dough and set aside in a warm, dry place for an hour and a half to double in size.
•Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
•Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
•Let cool to room temperature.

Icing:
Ingredients:
•4 cups powdered sugar
•1 tablespoon vanilla
extract
•
¾ cup heavy cream
•various colors sanding
sugar

Directions:
•Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, mix on medium to medium-high the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and half cup of heavy cream for 1 to 2 minutes. If the icing consistency is too thick add a quarter cup of heavy cream.
•Spoon or pipe the icing over the top of the cake.
•Evenly spread the icing over the cake.
•Sprinkle the various colors of sanding sugar (usually purple, green and gold) over the icing.
•Let the icing set for 2 hours before serving.
