Pizza Recipe:
-2 eggs
-4 tablespoons sour cream
-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
-pinch of salt
-10 tablespoons flour
Mix everything well, pour into a greased frying pan, top with tomato paste, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms (optional), grated cheese. Cover with a lid and cook until the edges of the pizza are golden brown and the cheese melts (7-12 minutes). Place on a plate and enjoy 😋

Ingredients for a 22-24 cm form:
Dough:
190 g butter
280 g flour
1 egg
100g sugar
1,5 teaspoon baking powder
5 g vanillin
Mix everything, put the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then distribute it evenly over the form. (at first it may seem that the side is too high, and the filling is small, but during baking everything will be almost equal).

Filling:
450 g sour cream
4 eggs
100 g sugar
5 g vanillin

Bake for 50-60 minutes
180 ‘C/350 F
Be sure to let it cool down so that it stabilizes, we are already eating in half an hour😋decorating 🫐🍓
