大家有沒有對自己的表現很失望的時候，在社群媒體發達的時代，不小心開始跟看似過著完美生活的其他人比較，覺得自己不夠好。

去年七月的時候，我經歷了一次無限自我懷疑的低潮，做什麼事都提不起勁，也沒有自信自己可以達到心目中想要成為的樣子......

《JULY》在那時誕生了。

ㄧ首是我想要跟曾經的我一樣，正經歷著這樣的感覺的人說
「每個人都不完美，但我們每個人都走在自己不完美卻又獨一無二的道路發光發熱。所以，給自己一點信心，因為對我來說，你一直都如那七月熾熱的陽光般耀眼。」

一首鼓勵了我自己，也希望可以感染給我最可愛的你們！
