JACKFRUIT PUDDING I ചക്ക പുഡ്ഡിംഗ് I EASY RECIPE

HI EVERYONE WELCOME TO OUR CHANNEL.............

TODAY WE ARE GOING TO MAKE DELICIOUS JACKFRUIT PUDDING.

INGREDIENTS:
1. jack-fruit - 15 no's
2. sugar - 8 tbsp
3. milk maid - as needed
4. milk - 2 cups
5. gelatin - 1 tbsp

STEPS:
1. melt the gelatin in 2 tbsp water.
2. cook the jack-fruit in a pan with 4-5 tbsp sugar.
3. after sugar is melted take 3/4th of the jack-fruit in a bowl.
4. add 1 cup milk , milkmaid as needed and melted gelatin 1 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
5. pour this mix into a pudding tray and refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. mix the remaining jack-fruit pieces with 3 tbsp sugar and 1 cup milk and blend into a paste.
7. add 1 1/2 tbsp gelatin into this paste.
8. pour it on top of the base and refrigerate for 2 hours.
FINALLY CUT AND SERVE!!!
