Heat treating the Aldo's Nitro-V from NJ Steel. Quenching in fast quenching oil, water, and air. Here is the result.

NOTE: I posted this so I can get your feedback and find my flaws in this process. Since I'm totally new to this steel and don't have any kiln in my shop at the moment to get the consistency I followed the direction that Aldo gave me (non-magnetic & Quenching). I'll truly appreciate any tips that I can improve this process.
