Job Location: Bangalore, India

Education:

BE/BTech in Computer Science or MCA relevant experience

The Product Manager is expected to:

Define the product strategy and roadmap (existing & new products)

Drive the product from ideation to greenlighting and then to launch

Co-ordinate with Dev, Ops, Design, Gratification, Marketing & Analytics teams to ensure delivery of successful products

Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

Work with leadership to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Work closely with the leadership team to partner with brands within the Company & the Group

Understand the competition & their products

Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

Perform product demos to customers / clients

Train & guide other junior product managers

Analyse products post Go-Live to identify issues & improvement opportunities

Be responsible for P&L of the products

Hands-on experience driving user metrics - acquisition, engagement, churn and win-backs.

Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.

Use A/B tests to right use and derive insights on what works best for the users.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager at a leading
Digital / OTT / e-commerce company

Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management,
Engineering, UX / UI, Marketing & Analytics

Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail

Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balancing consumer needs with business and product priorities, and the ability to clearly
articulate the rationale behind product decisions.

Demonstrated success defining and launching successful products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MBA from a reputed institute

Technical background, with good understanding of the Digital landscape

Excellent teamwork skills

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
