Potato - 3
Water - to boil potatoes
Salt - 1/2 tsp

For the batter:
All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Coriander - 5 tbsp
Garlic - 5
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Oil - to deep fry

For mint mayonnaise sauce recipe:
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 1
Garlic - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
A little water to blend
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
