This is a role play of a session where the Helper in a Human Resources Dept. is using counselling skills to enable the man to talk about a difficulty with a black female colleague. She uses the skill of Immediacy to name what he might be finding difficult. This role play is useful for anyone interested in healthy communications but it is particularly targeted at Level 2 & Level 3 counselling students. Jheni and I teach CPCAB counselling courses.
