Amateur Radio Tilt Over Tower VA3KBC

Raising the tilt over tower back up after replacing the Yeasu G-1000 rotor with the very much heavier duty Yeasu G-2800.
The beam and rotor was originally put up January 4th 2021.
The G-1000 was not heavy enough and it literally broke all apart internally .
There is a K factor you have to take into consideration. Turning Radius X weight = K Factor
The Mosely SIgnal Master 33 K factor is 346
The G-1000 rotor K factor is only 230
The K factor for the G-2800 is 950
The K factor for the G-2800 is a little over 2.5 times higher and this is the rotor I should have put up in the first place. :(
