Home chef Gitika Saikia gives Mumbai a taste of Assam

I first had a taste of Gitika Saikia's cooking in 2014. She had just started her foray as a home chef. She has grown by leaps and bounds since then and is considered to be a pioneer in this nascent field.
I have had many more opportunities to try Assamese food since then and have gone to Assam too, but Gitika remains my culinary compass to Assam.
