California wildfires: A community in ruins

The Pacific Palisades neighbourhood in Los Angeles is facing its worst wildfire in history, with homes and local businesses completely destroyed due to hurricane-strength winds.

Evacuated residents return to find only their houses in ashes, and the financial toll is projected to be unprecedented, affecting multi-million dollar properties, with one resident saying it makes them think of "the end of the world".

However, there's growing frustration over the insufficient firefighting resources provided to the area. Sky's US correspondent Martha Kelner spoke to some locals affected by the fires.
