How to Build an Insulated Shed Floor 10x12 Workshop

If you are looking to build a shed floor this video is for you. I am making a 10x12 outdoor office or workshop space. This foundation is made from 2x6 treated lumber with joist hangers and 3/4" OSB. The insulation is 2" foam board rated at r10. To help make this floor bounce free I also use liquid nails adhesive under the OSB. Paver stones bring the base up off the ground to allow for air flow and to get the foundation level. 6mil plastic is used to prevent moisture from getting into the building from the ground.
