Finding a good mentor is an amazing blessing to have in your life. Many Christians never see the need for a mentor. But I can tell you, that life is too short to make all the mistakes yourself! Having a bad or incompetent mentor can bring you pain, distress and even be destructive. There is no limit to the number of people who would like to tell you what to do and to control your life. Their own lives may not be working, but somehow, they want you to submit to them and their ideas, and many can be very convincing! So, how do you find a good mentor, and what will that produce in your life?
