2 cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
3/4 cup water
1 Tsp Saunf (Ani seed)
1 Tsp Sabud Dhania (Coriander seed)
1/2 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed)
1 Tbl sp Safed Til (White Sesame)
1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
1 cup Methi ke Patte finely chopped (Fenugreek leaves)
3 to 4 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
1 inch Adrak +5 to 6 Lasun ki Kali Roughly Paste (Ginger +Garlic )
1/2 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Medium size Grated Aloo(Potato)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbl sp Hot oil
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Limboo Ka Ras (Lemon juice)

Khatti Meethi Chutney
1/3 cup Deshi Aam finely chopped (Mango)
1/2 cup Gud finely chopped (Jaggery)
6 to 7 Lasun ki Kali (Garlic clove)
1 inch Adrak (Ginger)
1 Hari Mirch (Green Chilli)
1 Tsp Sabud Dhania (Coriander seed)
1 Tsp Safed Til (White Sesame)
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 cup water
