How-to: LEGO Stunt Rally Lucky

We're building Lucky's car from LEGO Stunt Rally! I really like to build stuff from these older games. As a child I never quite knew how to build them. Also having the right pieces in the correct colours was always a struggle. With this serie I hope I can make it easier for everybody to make their favourite LEGO creations to scratch that nostalgia itch. Unfortunately I cannot make videos about all the of cars. Some of them use pieces that simply don't exist in real life. But I'll do as many as I can. 😁

I had a blast rebuilding the garage from the game. You think you remember exactly how something looked when spending so much time there. But I never noticed the purple hoses for example. So it was kind of like replaying the game for the first time. Designing the UI (user interface) was a bit of a challenge. This game originally came in a 4:3 ratio. My video's are mostly 16:9, so that meant updating all the visuals to the modern times. I also changed some icons, to be made out of actually LEGO. I hope you'll notice them.

Lucky's character and car are really cool. I love the fact that you can race with a monster truck. There is also an actual set of this called the LEGO Tough Truck Rally (6617). Glacia's car is also included in that set. The alligator sticker is unfortunately not in the set.
