Purslane- Scientific: Portulaca oleracea. Is found everywhere basically and is edible. Highest in Omega-3 Fatty Acids (more than all other vegetables and some fish). This plant DOES come with a warning and awareness at the end. Enjoy and remember if you can't control it, eat it.

"Also present in purslane are two types of Betalin alkloid pigments,
the reddish beta-cyanins and yellow beta-xanthin. Both of these
pigment types are potent anti-oxidants and have ben found to have
anti-mutagenic properies in laboratory studies."
