This all-in-one workout includes a warm up, 2 sets of 5 minute strength training periods, 10 minutes of cardio, 5 minutes of ab work and balance exercises and finish off with the all important 5 minutes of stretching. I added a little bonus of two minutes of mindfulness at the end for those who wish to end the workout with some positive thoughts.

Ideally, have one heavier set and one lighter set of weights close by as well as a chair for stretching at the end.
