Trump's press secretary Karoline Leavitt holds first White House briefing - Watch in full

Karoline Leavitt, the youngest person to serve as White House press secretary, made her debut in the briefing room earlier.

During a number of statements and answers to reporters' questions, she said "new media" and "social media influencers" could apply to participate in future briefings and also claimed the White House freeze on federal funding wouldn't affect people directly receiving individual aid.
