This is a premium example of a fully remanufactured Baxendale Conversion guitar. Our proprietary green tech remanufacturing process transforms these old inexpensive department store guitars into new world class real relic vintage guitars. This Harmony H165 model is a all mahogany OM size guitar originally made in the late 1950’s. We have disassembled the guitar by removing the bridge, the neck, and the back. With the back off we clean out all of the old crudely made bracing and replace it with our tuned proprietary scalloped X bracing design which is a hybrid design between a 30’s Martin design and a 30’s Gibson design of scalloped X braces.

After we rebuild the body we then turn to the neck which we plane straight with a 16” fingerboard radius. We reset the neck to the body and our new rosewood bridge. We make a new bone nut and saddle as well as install new 18:1 open back gears.
