Leizu Moth Inflation Time-Lapse

A time-lapse video of Leizu the inflatable silk moth, 3.5m (11'6") long. A wingspan so great, multiple strings are necessary. The total inflation time from flat to tight was approximately 10 minutes using the DIDA-2 Metro Vacuum MagicAir Deluxe pump.

Leizu will be at IndyFurCon in Indianapolis this August. Maybe. Also possibly at next year's Furnal Equinox in Toronto. Hopefully. I haven't heard back from Programming for the former, and it will be a while before the latter takes panel applications.
