7 large chicken drumsticks
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 small beaten egg
1 & 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Garlic and onion, sliced

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Braised Pork with Bamboo Shoots)
1.2 kilogram pork belly
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 & 1/2 cups Coca-Cola
1 & 1/2 cups water (add more if needed)
2 star anise
2 tbsp fermented black beans (washed and drained)
4 tbsp vinegar
1-2 cups bamboo shoot
