Finish 04: Cherry Gin

Our distillers estimate this whisky will be ready for shipment in October 2022.

Our friends at Anther Gin used a NED second fill American oak barrel to age their Cherry Gin. After this was harvested, we selected a NED reserve whisky that had a structure of savoury oak and spice to re-fill this barrel, this was to ensure the whisky stands up to the sweetness of the cherries. This whisky is still in maturation, our distillers are waiting for it to hit the sweet spot between complex oak and sweet cherry aromatics. At present, this whisky is tasting of mellow oak, wood sweetness and hints of juniper and citrus.

Aroma: Complex whisky and oak with cherries and juniper.
Taste: Starting with cherries and juniper and moving into spicy botanicals and oak.
Finish: Juniper and dark chocolate with plenty of oak and classic whisky notes.

500ml | ABV to be determined once this whisky has reached maturation
