Kasalukuyang binabayo ng malalakas na hangin at mga pag-ulan ang probinsya ng Batanes dahil sa Bagyong Julian ngayong Lunes, Sept. 30.

Samantala, apektado rin ng bagyo ang ilang mga lugar sa Cagayan, kung saan ilang mga residente rin ang binaha, habang ilang kalsada rin sa Cordillera Administrative Region ang isinara sa mga motorista dahil sa naitalang mga pagguho ng lupa.
