As the city of Seattle prepares for the Seahawks Super Bowl parade on Wednesday, small businesses along the parade route on 4th Ave in Seattle are preparing for a boom in business.

Some of these establishments are opening early and offering special promotions to attract the crowds. Askatsu Bakery, an allergen-free bakery on 4th Ave and Blanchard St., is preparing to serve hungry fans.

"We're gonna bake extra, gonna keep baking as the day goes on and have water, coffee, and hot chocolate ready for the masses," Elena Flory-Barnes, manager of Askatsu Bakery, said.
