Valentine’s Day “Sweetheart” Cheesecake Challenge!! Thanks everyone for watching this live-streamed food challenge video!! Just a few days before Valentine's Day 2022, my sweet heart ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I were the first team to attempt and help kick off the new "Sweetheart" Team Cheesecake Challenge hosted by Josef's Cheesecakes in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, owned by our friends Nick and Kristen Weiner. Chippewa Falls is just outside of Eau Claire in Western Central Wisconsin. Josef's Cheesecakes is named after Nick's late father who loved Nick's cheesecakes and was Nick's first culinary teacher. Katina and I had 1 hour to finish a massive 7lb cheesecake plus 2 huge cheesecake milkshakes of our choosing. There were over 100 cheesecake flavor options to pick from, and we went with Strawberry Banana Cheesecake. For the giant deluxe milkshakes, Katina ordered a Caramel Macchiato and I got a Reese's Cheesecake Milkshake. We were trying to win our $75 dessert meal free plus sweet t-shirts and the first spot on Josef's Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to our friends with Chippewa Falls Harley-Davidson for hosting this event since Josef's wasn't big enough to host as many people as we had in attendance. Thanks to everyone who came up to watch and meet us in person, and thanks to you all for watching this video after it was posted!!
