This week Kevin takes a look at what is a stale block. Bitcoin blockchain has an example - because it is global, and latency can lead to issues, there can be multiple chains existing at the same time. In certain instances blocks can be added to 2 chains, the longer chain is the one that wins in the end and becomes the main chain. The regent that mines the next block will become the point of truth and the previous block becomes a stale block.
