Bauarbeiten S-1 zwischen Birkenwerder - Oranienburg, 18.02.2024

Moin, seit dem 17.02.2024 laufen zwischen dem Bahnhof Birkenwerden und Oranienburg Bauarbeiten bei der S-Bahn. Zwischen diesen Bahnhöfen werden die Gleise erneuert, die Fahrstromversorgung auf ein neues Unterwerk umgestellt und es geht in diesem Abschnitt auch das elektronische Stellwerk in Betrieb. Für mich hieß das los und die Baustelle mal in Augenschein nehmen. Im Bahnhof Birkenwerder ist noch Zugbetrieb. Die S-8 nach Grünau fährt im 20 Min-Takt und die S-1 fährt mit einem Pendelzug ab Waidmannslust zu Minute 12 und 42, was einem 30 Minuten Takt entspricht. Ab den Einfahrtweichen zur Kehranlage in Birkenwerden ist die Strecke nach Oranienburg gesperrt. Hier waren heute viele 2-Wege-Bagger samt Loren im Einsatz. Heute hieß es hier Rückbau aller Signalanlagen und der Fahrstromversorgung. Ebenfalls vom Umbau betroffen ist der S-Bahnteil des Bahnhof Oranienburg. Hier wird alles auf Links gedreht und wieder zurück. Im Einsatz waren heute 2 Loks der Baureihe V-100 von der Firma Spitzke und viele 2-Wege-Bagger von Spitzke und der Firma BuG.

From the entrance points to the sweeping facility in Birkenwerden, the line to Oranienburg is closed. Many 2-way excavators and wagons were in use here today. Today it was time to dismantle all signalling systems and the traction power supply. Also affected by the renovation is the S-Bahn section of Oranienburg station. Here, everything is turned inside out and back again. 2 locomotives of the class V-100 from the company Spitzke and many 2-way excavators from the company Spitzke and the company BuG were in use today.
