Bottom of the Well, Part 1 | Zelda: Ocarina of Time 100% Walkthrough "62/89" (No Commentary)

We start out by warping to the Graveyard and then heading to the windmill in Kakariko Village. Here we play the Song of Storms in front of the man and drain the water from the well and enter it. (On a side note, this place was the most terrifying dungeon I've ever played in a Zelda game, especially when I was a kid. To this day it still gives me a few chills.) Once inside we move through a fake wall, and continue to the right, after taking down or avoiding the giant green bubble. We come to a statue with water pouring out of its mouth and play Zelda's Lullaby on the Triforce insignia on the floor to drain the water in the dungeon. With the water drained, we head back to the entrance and crawl through a hole. Once inside we move through a room and enter the lair of the Mini-Boss, Dead Hand. (There is no Boss.) The key to luring out Dead Hand is to purposely get captured by one of its hands, and the only way to defeat it, is to let it get close enough and lower its head for your sword. Once defeated we gain the Dungeon Item, the Lens of Truth. This item drains our magic slowly but in return allows us to see the "truth", be that invisible things, or things that are not what they seem.
