We FAILED the T5 dream build, so bagged THIS!

Ok so I know the number plate is naughty but it's all very tongue in cheek. We have it ready to go on a T7 Transporter so it can stay on this until then. Don't worry, we'll be back on the dream build - T5 Transporter straight after Ultimate Stance.

Some of the team had been sick in the weeks before the show so we were slipping behind schedule. We made the decision not to rush it, the dream build needs to be right, not just right, but perfect.

This left us with a bit of a problem. We needed another vehicle for the Ultimate Stance display in Telford to showcase Navis Wheels and Solow Suspension.

So picture this, the show is on the Sunday. The Monday before we decide to pause the dream build and instead bag the New Ford Transit Custom we have. If we were doing it, it had to be mega, it had to be the lowest in the world. Mission impossible some might say, but we do love a challenge!

The management is no problem as we already have the best, we have Solow AiR suspension on the shelf. The challenge was the struts and bags. The team smashed it though and I can't help but love this thing.

I've always said this new Transit Custom drives better than the T6.1's I've owned. Now it drives even better!! I can not wait to get a new T7 Transporter and get it this low. Actually we now know how to get it even lower. Having the New Ford Transit Custom has given us a massive head start in development for the T7.
