It's characterized by distorted kicks, synthesized bass, and a dark atmosphere it originated in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany in the early 1990s It's also known as hardcore techno It has a tempo of 160 to 200 BPM or more It uses distorted kick drums, heavy synthesizers, and industrial sound effects and samples.

Hardcores played a huge part in my life its been through so many changes and some songs can include elements of trancecore, freeform, happy hardcore etc... and has evolved so much over the years and most the songs i like/play is classed as UK hardcore, gabber is an early subgenre of hardcore techno, industrial hardcore, breakcore, speedcore, and frenchcore, are also subgenres.
