Here I take the Dapol (ex Airfix) 20T BR Brake Van kit and improve it by adding wire handrails and glazing.

The Dapol kitmaster Brake van kit has a long history, first produced by Airfix in the 1960s. Even today, the kit can produce a good representation of the prototype. In this video I show how I have done some simple improvements to bring it up to modern standards, replacing the moulded handrails with wire ones, and by adding glazing.
