Some reminders:
* Ensure each pull is an acceleration = Power!
* Don’t let fatigue destroy great form.
* Step back to add tension - forward to lower tension on the cord.
* Movements are controlled
* Choose your chord well! A heavier gauge with poor form isn’t better
