El exconseller y diputado de Junts per Catalunya Josep Rull ha resultado elegido este lunes presidente del Parlament con los votos de su grupo, de ERC y la CUP. Rull se convierte así en la segunda autoridad de Cataluña. El pacto entre independentistas es de mínimos y únicamente se plantea para impedir que la Cámara sea presidida por el PSC.

The former councilor and Junts per Catalunya deputy Josep Rull was elected president of the Parliament this Monday with the votes of his group, ERC and the CUP. Rull thus becomes the second authority in Catalonia. The pact between independentists is minimal and is only proposed to prevent the Chamber from being chaired by the PSC.
