1. hold down Power Button and Volume Up key simultaneously for a short while
2.Now, press Volume Down button once in order to highlight Recovery Mode, and confirm that with Power
3.When the Vivo Recovery shows up, select Wipe Data by using Volume Buttons to navigate and Power Key to accept that.
4. After that, one more time choose to Wipe Data option and confirm the whole operation by pressing Power Button.
5. When the factory reset process finishes, select Back option and then Reboot System in order to restart your device into normal mode.
