Hi my loves! I've been asked several times for more vegan recipes and a lot about vegan protein. Recipes like this make getting protein in easy and yummy! Enjoy :)

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 package tofu
1 bunch kale
cup cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
bell peppers or another crunchy veggie
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/3 cup water
chili garlic paste (or just chili paste & minced garlic), use to taste

Seasoning mix:
turmeric
cumin
seasoning salt/regular salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
add a little water to create a pastey-watery mixture
