I've bought several of these over the years and when one breaks and starts spraying all over the place, I purchase another one since they're relatively cheap. I finally decided to try and fix one instead of wasting money to purchase another. These are brass and should last a lifetime, the part that deteriorates after a year or less is the rubber o ring inside which this video while demonstrate how to replace.
