Kwame Osei is a dynamic host, keynote speaker, and advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Raised in Toronto's Rexdale community, Kwame overcame a challenging environment and turned his life around through sports, earning two university degrees, becoming a teacher, and playing professional football in the CFL.

Kwame has coached at various levels, including Queen’s University, and served as Head of Equity Diversity and Inclusion at Nikki Ray Media. An entrepreneur, author, and Amazing Race Canada cast member, Kwame is passionate about inspiring youth and was honored with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Award.
